What is a Drum Journey Circle?

On the longest day of 2022, Tuesday June 21st, we are honoring sacred nature with a Summer Solstice Celebration at the Sanctuary. Attendees will experience a rock ceremony, animal communication, meditations and a fireside Solstice Drum Journey Circle. This ceremony will be facilitated by Nancy Lawton-Shirley and Lynn Koll.

Nancy and Lynn will co-facilitate a Solstice Drum Journey Circle among the Sanctuary trees and animals. Beginning by calling in the Directions and Elements of Nature, the leaders and group will use the circle process and drum journeying to release and set intentions at this powerful portal time of year.

Nancy is the owner of Points of Stillness in Hudson. She is an Occupational Therapist and is internationally known for her sensory processing, energy work, and bridging connections through the power of drum journeying.

Lynn is the founder of Soaring Hearts Ministries and an ordained inter-faith minister, Energy Practitioner, and Life Coach. She and her husband own PineStone Lodge LLC, a rental retreat lodge in Sandstone, MN.
